What this website collects
This page explains what happens to information when you use jayrajtransport.in. The site has no accounts and no payment facility. It is a single page about our parcel service, with links to call, message or track a consignment.
Visit statistics
We use Google Analytics to count visits and to see which parts of the page are used, including taps on the Call, WhatsApp, Track LR, Directions and Email links. Google sets cookies for this and processes the data on our behalf. The reports we see are aggregated; we do not use them to identify individual visitors.
Tracking a consignment
When you enter an LR number in the tracking box, it is sent to our tracking portal at jayraj.godlink.in, which opens in a new tab and shows the status of that consignment. This website itself does not store the number.
WhatsApp enquiries
The enquiry form composes a WhatsApp message from what you type and opens WhatsApp for you to send it. Nothing from the form is stored on this website. The message goes to our WhatsApp number and is handled under WhatsApp's own terms.
Map
The office map is provided by Google Maps and loads from Google's servers when you scroll to it. Google may set cookies through that map.
Calls and email
If you call or email us, we use your details only to answer your enquiry and to carry out any booking that follows.
